How to use:

Begin by brushing and flossing your teeth. No toothbrush handy? Use our oral brush-up included in the kit. Using one of 3 whitening gel syringes, apply a layer of whitening gel directly on your teeth or into the mouthguard. Insert and adjust the LED light in your mouth, connect LED light to a smartphone or USB portal. LED light will automatically turn on and turn off after 15 minutes. Once done, take out the mouthguard revealing a beautiful, brighter smile!

Note: For people who have sensitive teeth, after whitening, apply the blue desensitizing gel on the sensitive area for 5 minutes. LED light activation not required.
